This project encompassed the full civil development of a three lot subdivision, including the design and installation of a gravity irrigation system, private road construction, and pressure irrigation infrastructure serving each individual lot. Site work also included excavation and installation of a retention pond to supply water to the landscape berm, construction of an approximately 1,000 lineal foot landscape berm, and a deceleration lane along Beacon Light Road.
