This project involved the rerouting of approximately 1,200 lineal feet of irrigation canal that bisected the 10 acre job site, including the installation of new 48 inch RCP along the perimeter. Following the utility relocation, the site was graded and infrastructure was installed to support 39 individual lots, including all wet and dry utilities and roadway construction. Scope was completed with the preparation of curb and sidewalk subgrades and final road paving, with the project delivered to the owner ahead of schedule.
