These two projects involved the complete demolition and reconstruction of Maverik fuel station facilities. Work included the removal of existing underground storage tanks, proper characterization and disposal of contaminated material, and installation of new tank systems on prepared subgrades. Steel shoring was employed to safely support open excavations and manage groundwater intrusion at depth. Additional scope included installation of all site utilities and preparation of building pads and paved parking areas.
