This project involved the full scale demolition and site development of a luxury BMW dealership in Boise, Idaho. Scope of work included clearing all existing trees, landscaping, and asphalt; installation of water, sanitary sewer, irrigation, storm drain, and electrical utilities; and finish grading of the parking lot to accommodate high volume vehicle inventory.
